Receiving and redeeming gifts?
I was gifted Mortal Kombat 1 and i was trying to redeem the gift to add it to my library in the meanwhile it officially comes out, mainly so I can receive the pre-order bonus but the gift is not in my inventory nor does it show me anything when i click on the notification of my account receiving a gift. I tried to confirm the gift in my email but that got me no where. Has anyone experienced this before?

Game gifts do not go to inventory. When redeemed they become part of your library.

False alarm.. the gift was refunded in order to get me the premium version of the game lol.. hope this helps someone in the future who is in a sticky situation
