Help how can I buy steam games with only wallet funds from myanmar!

I just wanna buy gmod and valve don't let me take it and still asking me for paypal

You have to have enough funds in your wallet to covet the whole purchase. Read the cleclout page it tells you what's wrong.

Do you actually have enough, look at your wallet amount, now look at game price, if there tax, you apply that with game total price, now compare the price to your wallet.

- If NO you don't have enough go add more funding, or pay remaining amount using 2nd payment.

Did you apply tax? If there tax, you apply it to get the actual total.

Let do basic math now if tax is 8%
1) 9.99 x 8 = 79.92 move decimal to left by two > 0.7992

2) 9.99 + 0.7992 = 10.7892 round it to nearest penny > $10.79 that your actual price cost, hence you're short $0.79 cents, if tax is 8%.

Do you understand now?

I actually had a issue with my bank card like this once and it got declined. I just brought what I was buying again and it worked. Part of the reason was I had entered the wrong 3 numbers on the back so it kind of messed up the transaction. It's sorted its self out in the end. Just leaving this advice, because it may help as well.
