ED, skyrim, SE updates

I've been on steam for a while now, but the first time on discussions. My question deals with updates. Main updates and small updates.
Q1. if I update the last update will that do for all including the main update?
Q2. should I update the main update, and then the last small update to get it all?
Q3. must I update the main, and then all the small updates all the way to the last one?

First of all its not steam user fallth what is going on at Skyrim SE and i think he mean AE and it dont help that skse team has scrwed up in the wrong skse DL with skse AE dl to a none AE version i have, if i need to explan this again, then OP need to besure of own skyrim SE and what you own, and it dont help if skse team at silverlock.org correct this, i doubt its a Bethesda mistake more a bad thirdpart app site that need a kick in the butt.

other helper at skyrim SE has also tried to explan them this at silverlock.org, so no wonder why ppl struggle with install skse and skyui, then it dont work with skse loader.

in other word ask again in Skyrim SE own game forum, and helper here should stay out of it, myou need to play the game to know this.

AE is Anniversary Edition, and skse team dare sit and argue with ppl in what they own or not.
skse team make havok with DL wrong file , they have switch things around in DL and explanation . i mean to even explan all this. aient going to happend.

Ask that game own Forum, they know better then any here, until skse explan better in what version you need.

if you dont get this ask own game forum, you need the hardcore gamers that know what they are doing.
