Then make sure you're running the Witcher at identical settings and resolution. Also accept there's going to be some variablility depending on more nuances of their system and how generalized they're bing or how much rounding up they do.
"Getting 50FPS in the witcher" is pretty broad and vague in reality.
Alternatively, it could be due to the driver you're using, and the games aren't using the GeForce M2000 so everything is trying to run on the IGP on the CPU, which would account for the crappy game performance. So make sure you're using the same drivers or other configuration things that allow the people you're quoting to run games on the workstation card.
When I try to force a game on steam to use older DirectX, there is 0 response. System req. for AOE and LoL are simillar I would say.
Other games may have their own variations. Or none at all.
