Please help me set up family share with my son account (same computer)

I must be dense because I can't seem to be able to set it up properly.

My son and I share the same computer. I have my own Windows account (admin) and my own Steam account with way too many games.
My son has his own windows account (user) and his own Steam account with 2 games on it.

I'd like to set it up in this way : I log on my Windows account and I have access to my Steam account. When my son logs into his windows account, he has access to his Steam account AND my game library via family sharing. So far I have managed everything except the family sharing.

First : it's very bugged (at least in my experience).. can work then don't work.

But you have to log in is computer with you account and from there give his computer access to your games.
