I can't borrow the old GTA from my other account

I have the Gta Sa, Vicecity and GTA lll pack in an account that I don't use because I'm bored. Usually I could always borrow games from that account to the current one I have now, but I wouldn't be leaving those GTAs. Anyone some help?

GTA games are all excluded from Steam Family Share since they use 3rd party login servers, in this case Rockstar Social Club.
All games that use 3rd party login clients, so all games from EA, UBISOFT, ROCKSTAR and so on can not be shared.
