Rank/Wins Stuck
My rank in Wingman is frozen because I haven't played in a while. I won 2 games in a row today neither of which have counted towards my win count and haven't unlocked my rank. I'm still stuck on 12 wins when I should be at 14. I couldn't find anything online for this issue, does anyone have a potential solution?

Give it another couple games for your rank to unlock again from being inactive for more than 28 days.

You may get a lower rank or higher depending on factors.

But the two games I've won haven't gone towards my win count, is that normal?

It can be, yes. I've seen it happen before. It's not really too common though.
