Open up general support case?
Hey there!
In some sale I bought the Deluxe Edition of Assassin's Creed 3 and put it on my "pile of shame". Now I wanted to play and it doesn't work. Short version: There is an issue between Steam and Ubisoft Connect, Ubisoft support told me that it is a known issue for the deluxe edition of AC3 on Steam, I should request a refund from steam and will also get a free standard edition key for AC3 from Steam.
So I did, but Steam refuses the refund since the purchase dates back more than 14 days. I told Ubisoft support about the refused refund and they told me, that I should open like a general support case to resolve this with a steam employee instead of filing for a refund via the automated system.
Does anyone know how I can do this?

Manual ticket is required. Find the purchase, choose the "I have a question about this purchase" option and explain politely with all relevant info included.
