Is the steam community market bugged?

The community market item priority might be bugged, I'm selling an item for 15.50eur and it says the price starts at 15.81eur, I even saw other people selling it cheaper. I saw on an old steam discussion post people had the same problems some years ago and people were saying that people who spend more money get priority but I don't think that's the case since it always was low->high priority. My friend has the same problem. Did they change something or is it a bug?

Server issues.

This is to be expected for the foreseeable future with CS:GO items. You just have to wait and be patient until it finally appears on the listing page.

Give it a few days. It can take longer than just a "few' days going by the amount of posts spread across all the forums that I've read. But they do eventually appear.

Both Support and Valve know but can't offer any time frame on when it will be fixed to list CS:GO items right away and have them actually appear as listed.

They don’t appear. I’ve waited 4 days. Why do you post this? I haven’t seen anyone say it appears.

It’s broken. The only way for it to sell is if it’s listed as the lowest buy order price.

The items get listed but they don’t show up for those looking.
