How to recover account with paypal transaction ID
Last year I made a steam account and bought a single game for me and my brother to play. Since then we've both forgotten the email used to create it and the username.

How can I recover the account with just the paypal transaction ID? All the support options require an email to the account or the username which I don't have.

How is it possible that both of you forgot the account name, email and didn't write down a recovery code? Hopefully you take better care of your mains.
