steam自体の更新ダウンロードができないです。助けてください。I can't download updates to Steam itself. Help me.

ストアからsteamsetupをダウンロードし、実行したら自動でsteamの更新ダウンロードが始まりましたがこのダウンロードのスピードが異様に遅くかつダウンロードした量を示す数値（例　３０/２６６ＧＢ）が戻ってしまい（例　１０/２６６ＧＢ）愛しのsteamのゲームができない状態です。

実行済の対策
１　再起動
２　アンインストール＆再インストール
３　通信状況の確認（82Mbps出てました。）
４　ストレージ容量の確認

steamsetupをダウンロードした時も含めて、その他のアプリケーションをダウンロードした時もスムーズにインストールできています。

I downloaded SteamSetup from the store, ran it, and the Steam update download started automatically, but the download speed was unusually slow and the number indicating the amount of download (e.g. 30/266GB) returned (e.g. 10/266GB) and I can't play my favorite Steam game.

Actions taken
1 Restart
2 Uninstall & reinstall
3 Check the communication status (82Mbps was out. ）
4 Checking Storage Capacity

It installs smoothly when I download other applications, including when I download SteamSetup.
