Steam not giving refund for Wallpaper Engine.

Ok so i brought Wallpaper Engine and I didnt really like it so i wanted a refund. I requested a refund like 5 days ago still I haven't got a refund. My payment method is wallet too still why so delay? The request is still open in steam support page.

So long as you intiated the refund before the 14 day limit, they will go by the time/date of the request.

The refund request locks the date to the day you applied for it.

In terms of business days I would say a maximum of 1-2 weeks, but there's also a sale going on so keep that in mind.

First logical step is to check that your refund request is still open if you haven't received a response as to whether it has been successful. This is a very important step to start with.

Then all you do is carry on waiting for the next response.

This is in the case of only for wallpaper engine. I could get refund for other games same time within like 2-3 hours.

Every case is different especially during the Steam Summer sale period which is extremely busy.

Again irrelevant as each refund request will vary with regard to time and as previously posted there are currently 431,734 refund requests, so you are somewhere in that queue.

Secondly you last played Wallpaper Engine on 7th July (today) according to your profile, so why are you still playing it.
