How to navigate new UI updates in-game web browser?

Maybe it's just me or a serious glitch I hadn't had a chance to notice, but realized that I have no url address bar or web browser navigation menu anymore for the in-game web browser; not only that, but closing the web browser doesn't actually close it, just minimizes it, making it impossible to go back to the default home page.

Am I missing something? Did I accidentally hit a key to disable something? Poked around for settings and keybinds and shortcuts, but nothing seems to work, and googling about out of game hasn't resulted in any relevant new results.

The overlay browser is busted, yeah.

Skin is seen as a UI issue, sense it work for other that dont did that.
there is many post with this, any fiddle with UI and you dont have a standard steam client, they change that in the new patch, not the only thing that was removed

Even show link in steam client is gone, try beta client of get out of beta if its on.
test it.

Ah okay, 'good' to know its not just me atm. Functionally useless atm sadly, for looking up info or the like mid game without alt tabbing.

Using unmodded/nonbeta steam so def not the issue, don't plan on fiddling with beta ever since...that's not really what I'm after.
