Looks like you want to post a scam link.
Figures.
Are you trolling? Buff is the biggest Counter-Strike marketplace, and it is actively permitted in Steam profiles it's not a scam.
Really? Lets see.
buff.163.com
No 3rd party skin site is officially supported by Valve.
A few years old, owned by a Chinese company and hasn't been added to the filter because no more Global Moderators to help put them in the filter.
I was able to add it (briefly) to my profile summary and viewed from a browser that I wasn't logged into Steam on and it showed up just fine.
I know that all those sites aren't officially supported and could easily be a way to get your account hijacked, but right now Steam doesn't seem to be censoring it.
Because every site must be manually added to the filter. The Global Moderators helped add thousands of them to the filter. No Globals, no more new sites being filtered without being reported first.
Buff is the biggest CSGO site in the world by like 500x I highly doubt it would ever be added to the filter unless they did something so extreme that Valve HAD to send a cease and desist letter. China holds up the entire CSGO market atm.
