Why does "Items From Your Games" point shop filter show games I don't own?

Kinda defeats the purpose of that filter, "Items From Your Games." since its filled with games I couldn't care less about. I just want to see the points shop for games I actually own...LITERALLY!

You still can browse items on game basis, entering from its Library page. Or select a category in Points Shop and use search.

Subscriptions baby. Not games you own, but subscriptions for games I don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ care about or play. and that alone supersedes them over games you DO own an DO play.

I ALSO HAVE THAT Question, so like, Steam is like "Yo, I don't give a #### you don't own these, buy this crap with your points." or something?
