STEAM SLOW DOWNLOADING SPEEDS!! PLEASE HELP
steam has been screwing me from the back these past couple days, i've been getting no more than 9mbps downloads and my usual download speed reaches up to 27 - 30 mbps, my brother (on a laptop) is a room right next to me and gets up to 100+ mbps download speeds yet I've been getting screwed these last couple of days when trying to download ark, I've looked up almost every youtube video to exist on steam connection issues, if y'all have any other suggestions please help!

also sorry, we both use wifi, 5g I use a wifi extender and software (NETGEAR GENIE, 802.11ac Wireless USB Adapter A7000) my brother uses the default wifi settings thing that comes with his laptop
