How to disable nvidiav1\GLCache (pre-shader cache)?

I've found result from pre-Steam-update, but not for newer GUI. I don't see it under game properties nor Steam settings. Where can I find this option so I can disable it?

steam gui has move things around, yes i dont want to provide the info, there is a reason for that so steam user learn to recheck own search 2 times, you need to understand all of us has to get use to steam new ways.

ps.
if you knew how much effect we other need to do now to forget old ways and location of that, and i bet someone will make that mistake, this is why im so hard now, have to forget old place.

all previous helper that know this, we need time to go by to adjust to steams new default ways.
its in our core atm, and need a kick in the butt. lol
