Digital gift card
My friend sent me a digital gift card through steam, I haven't recieved a single message, no email, no notification on the app itself to claim the gift, neither has he when he sent the gift card yet the 10 euros are gone. I tried contacting steam support, still waiting for a response. Is steam broken? Wtf

Get your friend to look here https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/ to see if the transaction is successful. Just because the money has left doesn't mean it was received by Valve.

It would appear Valve did not receive the transaction so your friend will need to await a response from Support and go from there. The money will probably return to their payment method in a few working days but if there is no trace Valve's end then they may have to contact the payment provider for further clarification. See what Support says first.

Your friend should contact Support to find out what happened to their transaction. If Valve didn't receive the money and it left their payment method, then it will likely return in a few business days. If not, they should contact the payment provider.
I see, thanks, il post more info once my friend gets a response from support
