Help I have a problem with trade

Today I wanted to make a trade and the item went not to this person, i.e. it went to an account with 0 level and so on, i.e. in short, I sent an offer to a friend but it was like his 2 account but trade is canceled

Your account is compromised and hijacker redirected the trade.

Steps to take NOW:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Items you traded are gone, unless person you traded them to decide to give them back. And I would advise you to stop using known scam sites.

If your items went to the different account than intended, that means you or someone with access to your account changed the recipient.

If scammer decide to give it back. Valve used to restore stolen items, but they don't do that anymore due to constant abuse.
