Can't find setting to tell Steam to show the real address of a link that has been posted.

I used to be able to indicate, in the Steam Settings, that I wanted the actual address of any link to show when I mouse over the link. The actual address would show in the bottom left of my screen. I always kept this enabled in the past because it helps me make sure the link hasn't been given a fake name.

Sometimes the settings would get put back to non-showing when Steam did an update, but I'd always go back into settings and check the box to enable it again. Now I can't even find an option for this in the Steam settings anymore. Did Steam eliminate this option? Or is it hidden somewhere else, since the most recent big update?

Drop in suggestion again or make steam support ticket. well option is there i show link because its in my settings, i bet from before the update.

Maybe other know better or steam made a mistake, try flip flop steam beta and see if they have added it again.

could be one of them error with where to put it, and now is seen as browser option, and they move "clear web browser DATA" to "in game menu"

the should make a reset steam option room , so many things fits there. from other section, feel free to ask steam for that, and aient it exatly that room you are look for browser and its option to clean or make setting on again.

Also thought maybe they made a store setting view only on the active page ( cog wheel ) but nope, im sure you are not the only one that use it, sense i do, but this is you that discover it you are the discover and need it, so ticket is on you and other that need it. and have the problem.

steam ticket rule, only them with a problem can get help.
