Steam Empties entire cart every 30 minute interval or so

I've been trying to decide what to get in the summer sale but Steam Deletes my entire cart on a very freaquant basis that makes it basically impossible to buy anything, how am I supposed to place my order like this?
I think I'll have to buy my gates through my phone or Deck at this point.

Cookies. The cart is stored in a local cookie. Sometjingd cleaning cookies every 30 minutes.

I'll try in browser, if that doesn't work I'll try phone then deck.

It's just getting worse and worse and affects all possible platforms of Steam even after resetting my cookies and logging back in, this is an unacceptable number of glaring issues after these recent updates and have destroyed this year's summer sale....

Could it be that there is something on your computer deleting things? I can't reproduce this, my cart is still the same as it was yesterday.

No, I don't think so, it does the same on my Phone and my Steam Deck.
If something's wrong here it's either Steam messing up terribly on an inconsistent scale or Valve has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up something relating to my account.

Could be simple server issues, though. Which is nothing weird during Steam seasonal sales.

Well if so I'm getting screwed over massively then, crap luck for sure.
I saved up a bunch of money for the sale and have had a terrible week and now Steam won't even let me spend my money....

If it's 30 minutes, you should still be able to make purchases. Organize your wishlist so the games/DLC you want are grouped together and then click then you just need to click the Add To Cart button to add them to the cart which is faster than navigating to each page individually. If it's taking you more than 10 minutes to add your games, do it in batches.

This gives you 20 minutes to make your way through checkout, which should be plenty of time.

The thing is it's not literally 30 minutes, but it's often on intervals of time that short, keep in mind I said INTERVALS, it often deletes my cart 7 minutes after I start putting items in it.
It's currently working in my browser ATM, but if it does it again I'm just gonna have to write down some notes to decide what games to buy and do batches like you said.
