the money disappeared
6 days ago I sold items on market and the money from their sale went on hold, but after the 5-day period they simply disappeared, they were not credited to the balance of my wallet, and the items were not returned to my inventory. support for all my requests means that the funds are spent on a 5-day hold for the sake of security, and the question of missing money from the balance is simply ignored

The proceeds from the sale of these items are not displayed in the history of the wallet (because they were not received on the wallet balance, but went on hold), but their sale is shown in the history of the market
