Market Transaction Pending

So I recently sold an item in the market within the price range that users request for (so I can get the money instantly) but when I put it on the market, my wallet now shows "Php631.93 (Php173.59 pending)". What do I do about this? Do I wait it out? I've been selling some of my items on the steam market to buy some games this sale, so I'm worried that I might be waiting for too long.
