Your account is compromised.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433#noreturn

All purchases are final – you will not have any right to a refund or a reversal of any Community Market transaction once it is completed.

Your friend's account is also compromised if he sent you such a link.

You did not get "hacked" at all. You giving out your account information has nothing to do with hacking in any way or form.

Friends account is compromised and the hijackers, like always, spams the links to all their contacts hoping to get more victims.

Hijacked not hacked. Hacking requires exploiting weakness in code. That doesn't happen on Steam. Hijacking is the issue and that's when users try logging on using a phishing website that steals their credentials. Secure the account with steps in post #1

You should probably alert all you friends too now because chances are you account is also farming out the fake links as part of this chain scam. Your friend was hijacked first, got you easily and then you've likely put all your friends at risk too.

But I have one more question,if I changed my steam and gmail password, and I Deauthorize all other devices, does the hijackers still have acces to my account?

If you've done everything posted by Lilim, then your account is safe.
