Hi, I had around 23.78$ on my account and needed to add 5$ in order to buy the game "they are billions" which was just a bit above what I had in my Steam wallet.
The 23.78$ have disappeared when I bought 5$ steam wallet cash and now I only have 5$ and the almost 24$ are gone.
Your system is bugged and gift card money gets overlapped by in-app wallet cash.
Of course, I want all my steam cash back so I can buy "They are Billions".

Click on your name on the right to see if it shows up in that details menu.

If it does, that is the bug that's been reported for weeks, which usually happens after a purchase or refund...

It doesn't. It must be very convenient for a company to have such a bug running for weeks. My purchase fails for the They Are Billions game, so, the steam software really forgot about its existence.
