I cannot make a payment with PayPay.
Japanese STEAM has a payment method called PayPay. I was able to make payment with this method until a week ago. However, when I tried to make a payment using PayPay today, I got a message saying "The billing address is too long. Please use the shortened version or enter two separate addresses. is displayed.
A quick check of Twitter shows that many people are encountering the same problem, and the problem has been reported since just around the time the summer sale started.

there seems to be a problem with payments with steam. I also have this problem with my local payment system im in europe.

PayPay payments are apparently cured.
