Can't open shared family game
I cant open Empire Total War which is already installed on my PC. The game is owned by my brother's account. He shared it with me. The last time I played the game was in September. When I try to open it the notification of 'no licence' pops up. And also in my library it says purchase. How can I fix this issue and why did it happen?

Ask your brother to reset Family Sharing.

Family Share is currently very buggy and likes to reset the connections.
Just happened to me a few days ago. Nothing to do but to set it up from scratch.

Confirm... It's very buggy. Can work 3 days then stop working... (I read somewhere it's maybe a bug related to Win !0, but I can't confirm that.)

It's not very practical, but it's still possible if you are not in the same house to use chrome remote desktop to redo the giving permission operation with your account on your brother computer.

Happened to me and i am on Windows 11.
I suspect its just another bug on the long list of problems with the new UI.
They should have kept that one in BETA for a while longer i think.
