Stolen and Deleted Account

Hi,

My account has been stolen and deleted. In my account there are many games purchased with my card. I try to access the installed games on my computer from the shortcut and it shows me the name of the person who stole my account and the only option I have is to click to give me permission to play. I have all the receipts from the game purchases in my email.
Can someone help me please.

Is there an email for support? I search and can't find a solution.

I have tried to restore and when I write my email at steam, it appears as if it does not exist. they have deleted it.
