downloads saying "no internet connection"

i just bought a new game and tried to download it and it says something about "manifest unavailable" and now none of my downloads or updates are working. every i try to download or update any game, it says "no internet connection"

Same I cant download anything this seems like a steam problem if someone else is having the same issue. Can't update games, download, nothing. And Im posting this on the computer that has "no internet connection" while im using steams client to post.
