Steam > Settings > Interface >> Display web address bars when available.
If you don't want to see the address bar, turn that setting off.

One way to fix that is in the video you posted earlier. Did that solve the problem for you?
the video helps but every time i buy new badges it goes back to that screen [Green lock - valve Corp [US]
Well, it prevents, that the data package is robbed on the highway, but usually the endpoints of the connection are more prone to be targeted. If something on your or the receivers end isn't as it should be, a secure connection won't fix it.
I'd stay focussed on the stuff behind the http(s).
A couple of other options to fix the black screen issue are:
- make sure your video drivers are up to date
- try not to maximize the Steam window. Sometimes it doesn't display well with certain resolutions.
- clear the Steam client's web cache: Steam > Settings > Web Browser >> Delete Web Browser Data
- disable GPU accelerated rendering and/or hardware video decoding: Steam > Settings > Interface >> toggle the following on or off "Enable GPU accelerated...." and "Enable hardware video decoding...."
Those are the things I can think of.
Thanks will try
