Moving games to SD card

SD card is formatted. Can it figure out how to move game from deck to SD. In settings SD card is not showing up. Am I missing a step or doing something wrong?

Moving the game itself?

Right click the game in the library, Properties, Local Files, Move install folder

The saves?

Those should be in C:\users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\GAME\saves, or at least something like that.

As far as not seeing the SD card, do you mean your computer can't see it, or that Steam doesn't see it?
If the former, I'd look in Disk Management. If it's not there even as a drive with no volumes, try looking at Reddit under one of their PC or Windows related subs.

If the latter, then ... how exactly does it "see" the C: drive? Where are you in Steam that you're looking for it?

Sorry. I’m on steam deck. When I try the method you suggested I am not given the option to move only verify integrity of files.
As to the drive it shows up when I switch to desktop mode and I can see and play the emulation games that are in it. Just can’t figure out how to move the game from internal drive to SD card

Nowadays, MicroSD is the only thing in existence. Unless we're specifically talking museum-grade hardware, it's MicroSD by default.
