Demand a refund for destiny 2 expansions but exceeded the 2 hrs
I had no idea they removed story content/missions from the game in places....what has any game ever done that before, that's unreal to me.

But also having the weekly strike pinnacle reward behind a paywall when a person could play strikes all these years no problem is sorry but I feel I've been scammed.

How do I contact steam before I start doing chargebacks can anyone tell me.

I would suggest to do the refund quickly as they have a time, limit on it.

Keep in mind that if you are outside the 2 weeks/2 hours policy (in case of DLC, 2 hours of overall game playtime since the purchase of the DLC), you will get denied.
If you are indeed outside the policy, a manual ticket will be required. In that case, find the purchase, choose the "I have a question about this purchase" option and explain politely. If they still say "no", that's final.

If you do a chargeback, your account will get restricted (usually for a month or so) and that payment method banned.

A chargeback will result in an account lock.

You're not entitled to a chargeback and that would be a fraudulent action that not only gets your account locked, but also open to getting charges filed against you.

You are not entitled to a refund just because Bungie was withdrawn portions of paid content. They announced they'd be doing this years ago when they secured the brand so you can't then buy the DLC, play them for hours and then demand a refund just because the developers did what they said they intended to do. It's really bad that Bungie have done this but just don't buy content from them again.

Removing old content when releasing a new dlc is not a new thing for destiny 2. They did it before, so how did you only just find out that they did this?

I had 12 and half hours played. I got the refund without charge back.

I never found out because I've only played as a free player doing strikes and crap when I felt like it. I had no clue they removed content/items, and started to put strikes behind a pay wall. Had I known that I wouldn't have bought all the DLC in the first place.

Destiny 2 is nearly 7 years old, it would be hundreds and hundreds of GB in size if Bungie didn't remove old content.

Give me a break guy .....hundreds and hundreds lol...Either way who cares, it'd be my choice to grab it all or not. And plenty of games have been over 100 gig . It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ excuse. PERIOD.
