Cannot use Paypal thru Steam while playing Path of exile

When I try to use my Paypal account while accessing the Path of Exile Store while playing Path of Exile, it just hangs trying to log into my Paypal account.

Possibly its showing you you cant play the game and access the stor related to that game.
Could also be Steam running a routune maintaince every week it does this on Tuesday so things can go into some problems during this time.
Try the store when not playing

Well, it started last Saturday night, very late. I keep trying every day that I play and it still happens.

What is strange is that up to a certain point last Saturday night it was working fine. Then it wasn't, I just thought it was just weekend maintenance.

It's probably Paypal's security with regards to the Steam's in-game browser.

As a workaround, you can top up your Steam wallet using your standard browser, then when in-game, use the charged wallet funds instead.
