buy cheap game's and sell their trading card is on risk of ban?
Are you sure that there is no risk of banning trading cards?
I am constantly making profit from buying many games at that price and I sell their trading cards and the price of the game is almost the same.
Are you sure this is okay?

Why would you get banned for that? Buying games isn't against any rules, nor is selling the cards. It's not like you are just creating money. People are willing to pay for the cards at certain prices so that is why they are worth what they are. Valve gets money regardless and the game devs might benefit from people buying their games just to sell the cards. You aren't exploiting anything.

For some games, you can make a profit by doing this.
Is there anything wrong with me doing this with the program and extracting trading cards?
In addition, some games drop all trading cards two hours before reaching the time play.
For example, in this situation, if I sell the trading cards and refund the game, I will make a very good profit, but this is unscrupulous, and I am also afraid that there will be a problem for this abuse.

You failed to mention the part about you refunding the game earlier. That certainly is abusing the refund system and you can and will lose your ability to refund games if you are found out. Your account may or may not get banned for doing something like that too since you are committing fraud at that point, but I can't say for sure either way.

That being said, if you are simply buying the game and selling the cards, and people happen to be willing to pay more for the cards than the game is worth that is still completely fine. You are supposed to be able to sell the cards and the price is simply determined by what someone is willing to pay for them. Whether you turn a profit or not doesn't matter. In fact Valve gets a cut of whatever you make anyway and the money you get is wallet funds so those go to Valve ultimately as well (unless you are doing something you shouldn't to try and convert wallet funds into actual money).

The take away is DO NOT REFUND the game and you're fine.

Just take a look at things from Steam's perspective:

  • Refunding games costs them money
  • Selling cards shifts money that they already have from one user to another; at the same time, it removes some of that money so it's actually theirs now as it can no longer be used to buy games

So yeah, they'll get angry if you abuse the refund system. But they'll never get angry about people trading stuff through the community market.

You can farm cards just fine as long as you don't do it just to refund the games, exploiting the refund system.

Ashamed.
I have another question.
My Steam profile playtime increases unbelievably when ten or more games are on farm.
It may even be longer than the total time of two weeks, which is completely unusual and is displayed on my profile.
Does this not cause a problem?

No. Hour farming will not cause trouble.
