Report a translation problem
Open Steam again and navigate to your library.
Right-click on the game with the stuck download and select "Properties."
Go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Verify Integrity of Game Files."
Wait for the verification process to complete and see if the download has been fixed.
If the above steps don't work, you can try manually deleting the downloaded files from your Steam directory:
Close Steam completely.
Navigate to your Steam directory (usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
Find the folder for the game that has the stuck download.
Delete the folder for the game.
Restart Steam and try downloading the game again.
