Scam? Szybka pomoc pls
Witam. Wczoraj wysłałem skiny do strony internetowej keydrop i dzisiaj moje konto zostało zablokowane (usunięty został z mojego konta status prime).

Yes, it was a scam. Your account was already compromised at this point. Valve will never ask you to trade items for any reason.

That was not a Valve employee, it was a scammer.

Everything you traded is gone, forever.

Keydr*p is a scam website.
And you didn't talk to an employee, you talked to a scammer.

Secure your account, skins can't be restored.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from another, clean device
4. Generate new backup codes for your mobile app https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key if you see any over there https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

//

Keydr*p to oszustwo i rozmawiałeś z fałszywym pracownikiem. Skórki zniknęły na zawsze, zabezpiecz swoje konto już teraz.

Witam :aos2kae:.

I'm sorry, but you have been scammed.

Your account is compromised because you used a scam site.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433#noreturn

Follow all the steps i posted and don't use trading / gambling sites.

But sadly the skins are gone, there's nothing you can do about it.

But i cant understand one thing how did he deprived me a prime account and a few minutes later he said that NOW THE PRIME SHOULD BE BACK and account was prime again. Can you explain?

At that time, the scammer was already in your account. They removed that through the self help desk of help.steampowered.com

That was something they used to create pressure/fear and it worked quite well.
