Metro Exodus not starting Mac OS Ventura M1 16GB

Is anyone else having the same problem when trying to launch Metro Exodus from steam?

Can't seem to find a solution online.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Even if you get it working, eventually Apple will eventually kill Rosetta2 and the game will stop working entirely

PCGamingWiki suggests Mac OS version 11.00, or at minimum 10.15.

Since the major revision of Ventura is now up to version 13(?), I don't know if some things may have changed since then. The other criteria is that it is a 64-bit OS.
