DLC code redemption on wrong account

Hello,

I just redeemed the code for the destiny 2 DLC on this account.
This was not my intention and a dumb mistake, as it was meant for my destiny 2 account and I don't have access to destiny 2 on this account.
Would it be possible for it to be swapped to this other account?
This is a pretty expensive DLC for me to buy and I don't really have the option to buy it again.
I can provide more information or account details if necessary and if I'm certain that I am speaking to a steam employee.

Answer is no, there no undo, redo, or transfer of keys you redeem.

Keep in mind this is a userforum. There are no Steam employees here. Not even the moderators are Steam employees.

They are outsourced ticket crunchers that don't give a hoot about giving any support.

Legitimate stores can revoke the key and give you a new one.
For example humble bundle.

They rarely do it at all, and they do not get keys from Steam, they get the supply from the game devs / publishers, so if they're not willing to take a loss, or low on stock, they won't do it.

They can (through the devs) but there always is the issue of banning/revoking and impacting other users.

I'm assuming that one of the game bans was from this account in Destiny 2. The achievements stopped in 2020. Last achievement happened the day after the last ban on April 18, 2020.
