Steam Group Announcement Not Showing

Hi,

I am constantly noticing problems with my Group. I keep having my new Announcements not showing up at all unless I check my activity and check them there. I don't know what's the issue really, but it's really frustrating because I want to update our members and it just doesn't work as intended.

Does anybody else experience such issues? What fixes did you come across that helped you resolve this?

There are a few things you can try to fix this issue with Steam Group announcements not showing up:

Sometimes there can be a delay between posting an announcement and it appearing on the group page. Give it some time and check back later to see if it has appeared.

Check your announcement settings: Make sure that your announcement settings are set to "public" so that all group members can see them. If they are set to "private" or "friends only," only certain members will be able to see them.

Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help refresh the page and ensure that you are seeing the most up-to-date version of the group page.

Contact Steam Support: If none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact Steam Support for further assistance. They may be able to identify the issue and provide a solution.

Every post I've made so far was via the Steam Launcher, so no browser involve. I don't think I can clear the chache on the Launcher. 😅

I guess I'll reach for support. I've had this issue in the past and I couldn't do it without the help of support, but that was because it was linking to my Discord. Now, there's no links outside of Steam, so I don't understand why this keeps happening.

I remember I did, but can't recall if I fixed the issue or not. So, I just dropped it. 😅
