Outside of that, Steam does not have a live support area, heck a number of gaming sites dont and less are even supporting it, Blizzard disabled theirs years back.
Sites that ask you to get that data are simply trying to scam you to take longer and drop this issue and you need to inform them to issue a refund or simply do a chargeback on them as grey market sites more then often not are selling illegal goods.
Steam will not provide you this data as they only care about the first time it was redeemed and after that point it's useless for the most part since it's always linked to one account.
What the heck? So these guys from G2A that sold me a key, telling me to contact steam support and get a "Date and time of activation." are just talking out of their asses? This kind of infuriates me to the core.
Support > My Account > Data related to your account > scroll all the way to the bottom and select Contact Support
Others have said that Support has provided key activation timestamps when asked. I haven't had to ask myself but it seems that at least in some instances they are willing to provide that data.

If it's not then it's not a authorized reseller and a risk you take.
It's from *** and the seller is called "********".
We know the site you are referring to without you bypassing the filter to tell us.
Well notice how that site is filtered?
Maybe that should tell you something about how much of a scam that site is
Steam is not hte issue here. That site scammed you. You are now absolutely totally screwed because you thought trying to save $5 was worth going to a shady site.
