How many times have you tried?
What have Support said?
Don't know why you are telling me this, I only said what I said because the option to remove a game from your library is literally called "I want to permanently remove this game from my account."
Yeah obviously it means there was an error, you're not making any breakthroughs by telling me that. I'm very clearly asking you two why the error is happening. If you've never been in/heard of a similar situation to this before and you don't know what it means, then why bother commenting?
it was called Permanently Delete because people (being the idiots they are) were asking for ways to get rid of games they no longer wanted to see on their accounts. if a game can be "permanently deleted" do you think it should be recoverable? permanent normally means just that, PERMANENT, no going back, no changing your mind later. there is a license for the game that is permanently attached to the account.
what game are you trying to "delete" from your library. and as already asked:
That functionality is completely reversible.
It will also tell you when you try to purchase the game again that you need to restore it instead.
Your own research is lacking.
