Achievements sync issue

Anyone having issues with achievements sync? It's been happening with many games for a while now.

Example: when in-game you see the notification that you get an achievement, you can see it unlocked on the game page in the library but its NOT on the achievements page. This almost never happened before but now it does in every game without exception.

I think that thing was been happening for a long time already... I, personally, first noticed this 5 years ago, when one of achievements got timestamp 40 minutes after it's actual unlock time. And it happened exactly as you described: I see in the Library (or in Steam Overlay while in-game) yet when going to achievements page - it's not here. Solution is:
- if you're in-game - exit this game immediately in order to sync that achievement as fast as possible... even though timestamp is already ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up... which is not good if you're supposed to get 2+ achievements to pop at the same time.
- if you have closed the game yet achievement doesn't appear on game's achievement page, then:
a) restart Steam client, check achievements page;
b) launch the game, maybe load a save and/or check game settings, exit the game, check achievements page.
One note: stuff that I've described above can happen to any user at any time should slightest Steam server mis-sync/user's Internet connection drop happen. While stuff you described is a huge Steam server "issue" that a) affects pretty high number of users at once and b) started to happen frequently (2-3 times a week) since 25th of December. It was been happening before, on major (Summer and Winter) sales, but never occured that often, never lasted for multiple hours and, most importantly, never ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up timestamps and general achievement sync that bad.
