My Wise card was declined and my account is restricted now

Has anyone here using Visa debit card provided by Wise https://wise.com as a payment method? I use my Wise card to fund my wallet and somehow my purchase is refunded and now my account is restricted due to fraudulent activity.

Has anyone had a similar experience and how to resolve the problem?
