As title stated, i have done all reset method, changing email, change password, but i cant get rid of those stupid ass scam message that send out to everyone i know, i cant delete it either, what should i do next?

also, kindly secure your Email account with 2FA as well. (email account are email address that is associated with your Steam Account).

Yup i just recently change name in order to not get targeted again, i think i had downloaded some so called pirated software which turns out to be a malware and start doing something weird in my laptop, had used 360 security clear malware.

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
