Steam sporadic "Not Responding"

Hello,

Steam has been sporadically "Not Responding" for almost 4 months for me. Whenever I open a game in Steam, the game will freeze with the same sporadic behavior of Steam not responding.
There does not seem to be any pattern with Steam not responding...it just happens multiple times per minute.

I have no issues anywhere else in my computer. I can run all other game launchers, stream videos, surf the web, listen to music - anything. However: if it is related to Steam: the problem persists.

I have followed every step from Steam support as well as anything I could find online ranging from reinstalling Steam and clearing out the cache, to checking firewalls and permission sets....even upgrading my GPU, RAM, and PSU but nothing is fixed. Even through task manager: there is no irregular behavior in power being used or temperature increase when running Steam.

Please help!

Was that the clear steam webcache, other AMD user notice iGPU interference with Nvidia external card, do you have same issue, and that AMD support problem.

Dont forget you are at user forum now we have no clue in system spec at taht pc or what you have done and not done, and it also look like old steam cloud update on exit and startup.

Maybe you have on of them steam csync issue with steam cloud here.

still require network has no issue
test for bad packets just in cause, 3 to 5 retest ( this is normal ) same as ping test
