Can’t buy games on steam

I wanted to buy cyberpunk since it’s on sale but every time I try to do it it says your purchase has been completed but it doesn’t actually buy the game, not does it take money away from my bank account. I can’t even add funds and I tried buying it from my phone too but it still doesn’t work. Any help?

You might want to stop trying to buy and give it chance to go through. Exit Steam and log in again see if the transaction has gone through. Check your emails.
Dont use wallet funds to buy games on sale.
Use credit card and Pay Pal

I had received an email telling me there was an error with my purchase. No info on why

1. View your purchase history see status on order.

2. View your payment if it a credit card, visit site on your card that it for to get into your account, if it bank account link to a bank transfer view bank transfer, and then your bank to see what going on, ensure neither are blocking, or has blacklisted Steam.

3. Contact Steam support as they can tell you what happen on their end, but if it your bank / credit card company that blocking / blacklisted Steam, then you contact your payment provider to unblock/whitelist Steam.
