Added silver to my wallet yet the game store states you don't have enough silver, steam sent instructions to fix however I have no idea how to get to settings

To get to the settings of Steam:

At the top left of the Steam app (assuming this is windows PC) you will see:

Click Steam. Then click settings. It's the second to last, above Exit.

I cannot find where the settings tab is that's the question!

Click "Steam" in the top left.

Make sure you are using the Steam client window, not your internet browser.

Wish you had shared what settings they are talking about but at a guess they meant your steam wallet needs more coin
Then look over to the right Steam Client>see your Avatar top right, right of that there is an arrow click view my wallet.
Web page Steam you will see a wallet and amount of funds beneath your name>click on that.

No, the point is I spent 31 dollars to get more silver it doesn't show up to use that's the problem. FYI this is the first time I've had this issue

Although I tried all that steam recommends nothing works so I now want a re-fund. I'll never buy from that in game store again.
