Monitor is stupid as a door, they are output unit, they run at what factory was test and work what system spec says, rest is from gpu card and Monitor cable to it.
so you can actual say on spec whats best, that has nothing to do with your eyes and what you like is best in design. ( dont forget light in room and as the other point out test and and your toaster pc will still effect outcome of what you think, this is why hardware sections can tell by spec whats best, but you lack to many detail in model specification.
