Hi guys, how does the shipping of a figure work? specifically the hogwarts legacy one?

Nothing to do with Steam.
There are no physical goods offered with the Steam pre-purchase.

Ask whereever you pre-ordered the game on how they handle shipping physical goods, if those are part of their pre-order offer.

You mean the mount you get for pre-ordering? It's an in-game item.

If you're talking about a figurine bought from a webshop, it will ship just like any other physical item.
