Cant pay with Steam Money
The option for paying with my steam money is missing. Can only pay with PayPal etc.

Let's see. There's some text on that page. READ THAT TEXT THOROUGHLY. I suspect it's a case of you NOT having enough funds in your Steam wallet so you'e asked to cover the difference via some other means. By the way, how much do you got and how much's the game you're trying to buy? Also, are you in the US?

Next. I asked you earlier about that text message during checkout. Specifically on the page where you are expected to chose your payment method. What does that text say?
